Hi beautiful people! Welcome to a new video. I recently decided to do a 7 day raw vegan fast and am sharing what I ate during day 1-3. This is my second time doing a raw vegan fast and this time around I am feeling more prepared and satisfied with these meals. I hope you enjoy :)

RECIPES
Cashew Cheese Sauce:
1 cup of soaked cashews
2/3 cup of milk
3 tbsps nut yeast
1/3 cup of diced carrots
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/8 tsp turmeric
1 tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Mushroom & Walnut Meat:
1 cup of walnuts, soaked
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1.5 cups of diced baby Bella mushrooms
3 sun dried tomatoes
1 tbsp of oil from the sun dried tomatoes
2 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
1.5 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Ranch Dressing
3/4 cup of soaked cashews
1.5 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp chives
1.5 tsp dill
salt + pepper to taste
juice from half of a lemon
enough water to cover the cashews

Green Smoothie
frozen banana
frozen kale
frozen spinach
chia seeds
almond milk
pitted date

Your meals look delicious. I’m on day 15 of a 30 day raw vegan challenge to hopefully help heal my gut & psoriasis. One of the keys is to really prep so you don’t get too hungry. And carry snacks - larabars, kale chips, any fruit, hummus - that’s all good!

Im not full time plant based; however, I've done raw plant based several times, usually for about 9 weeks at a time. My favy meals are "tacos", "sushi", and all the different "pastas" I've made. I also start my raw fasts with a 3 day juice fast and a 1 day water fast. Good luck to you!

I’m just coming off a week of splurging on vegan comfort food (visited a city that has tons of options and didn’t want to miss out on anything before we went home 😆) and I’m so ready for a reset. This is perfect timing! You make simple foods look so so good!

Hello! love your raw vegan recipes! my goto raw vegan meal is my raw açaí bowl. The toppings I use are goji berries, mulberries, cacao nibs, strawberries, and blueberries. It's delicious. I am always on and off my raw vegan diet. I'm claiming by next year I will be 100% raw! Please keep the raw meals coming! love your YouTube channel.
