I’m almost to the “God like status!” I’m 160lb Bodyweight and have done 90lb attached for 5 reps.

I did 5 reps with 35kg (I weigh 69kg) on chin ups today! I'm very happy with my progress.

Godlike status is more like %75 for 5 reps if it's real god level it must be rare.

God I can't even do 1 pull up and barely do a couple push ups in a row I really need to work on it 😂

I dont know how good this formula is because it favours lower bodyweights,

e.g. 60% of bodyweight for 5 reps for a 60kg man is 36kg weighted for 5 = 96kg total weight

60% of bodyweight for 5 reps for a 80kg man is 48kg weighted for 5 = 128kg total weight

which one is more impressive? obviously the latter
which one will have more muscle mass and therefore better induce that "shoulder to waist ratio."? obviously the latter

Didn’t practice weighted pull ups for 2 years. Cut 45 lbs and I was 2 reps away from God status my first time trying. Now I have to hit it. 168-169 BW so that’s almost a perfect 100 pounds added weight.

Just hit the ability to do bodyweight pull ups on a cut, amazing feeling. Hope it stays this good during the bulk XD

Greg the kind of guy to measure a good upper back based on if the pullup bar breaks due to the sheer amount of weight used.

6'1. 200-205lbs can do 13 pullups 14 chinups. Current weighted chin max is 90lbs

Back to my days of glory, i was 175lbs doing 135lbs pull ups for 6 reps. Doing the math, it’s insane which sometimes I couldn’t believe it. Now I’m a father, going back to shape. Gladly, I have muscle memory and my GGP 😎😄💪🏼

182lbs 6’3, got 90lbs for 3x3 reps for pull-ups and 3x4 for chin-ups. Still improving every week

I can to 40kg 4 reps
30 kg 6 reps
20 kg 5 sets of 5.
55kg 1.5 reps

God level status should be doing with your body weights attached for 5 reps.

A couple of months ago I could do about 1 pull up(kind of). Now I do 10 on a good day and have done a few reps with +10kg. Let's get to elite level together 💪
