This is how you survive any Stellaris crisis. First, you are going to need the astral planes DLC. As you grow your civilization explore every rift possible and research wormhole stabilization then look around your galaxy for disconnected pockets. The chosen star systems are good and sometimes you can find sections that are only accessible through wormholes. Then attack it and colonize it and build a habitat in it. If an endgame crisis attacks close the wormhole with astral threads and then focus on tech till you can destroy them

The absolute best option is Ultima Vigilis.

I believe it’s guaranteed to either be a pulsar or neutron star, don’t remember which. Additionally it has no connections to other systems, so it only be accessed via jump drive or quantum catapult. Build a gateway, habitats, and inhabit/terraform the Machine World if you can. Make one of the two planets a Fortress World, and you basically are immortal.

Fair warning though, it’s VERY difficult to actually claim this system, as it’s guarded by a Fallen Empire fleet and you’ll be suffering the same effects any other intruder would have to deal with.

Did you know that there is a way to terraform worlds without having the technology in the early game. It's very simple, you only need two things, the post-apocalyptic beginning that makes your habitable worlds the tomb worlds and a government feature (I think it was from there). that allowed you to build a building that at the cost of turning the world into a tomb world gave you a good improvement in production.
