Catholicism is only different because they possess the same qualities as they did when they were the first ever Christian branch, meaning even as many scholars and priests decided that an interpretation of the Bible be changed and that the Church should not be centralized as a government like the Catholics, that is when they split.

lds (mormon (just a nickname by people becauss of the book of mormon)) believe that the god head is 3 different beings.

1. God (Heavenly Father)
2. Jesus (Volunteered to pay for everyones sins) One of Gods Children..
3. Holy Ghost

When scriptures say " we are one " it means they are "one in purpose" the plan that we all chose to follow if your here on earth currently. Thats the first step...get a body and learn.

Everyone is Gods Children (Satan is one of them) this is why he is basically everyones brother spiritually.

2/3 of gods children chose the plan of salvation and chose to come down to earth, gain a body, experience good and evil, happiness and pain. Agency to choose good or evil.

1/3 chose satans plan of forcing every to be righteous and save everyone (we wouldnt learn agency or learn good and evil).

Satan basically wanted all the glory to be his... and worship him... but that isnt the way of God. He was cast out along with those who followed him. They can still choose to follow gods plan, but it was they war of words in heaven to choose gods plan to become like him, given everything he has. Heavenly Father wants us to have everything he has, the ultimate goal. There are steps to learn and become like him.

This is similar to being parents on earth, we want our kids to get everything we have and learn everything we know bad / good and are sad if they are sufffering etc etc... i could talk more about this..

Anyways, always keep an open mind, stay away from negative people. "By their fruit ye shall know them".

Eventually everyone will have the opportunity to learn the truth through christ himself perfectly when we die. Love those around you, and be patient. Church is to improve the quality of our lives, not prove each other wrong and confuse people.

I know God loves you, you dont deserve confusion. Pray and he will guide you personally.

As a member of the LDS church. I agree with him. And have been doing my own research into the church and old doctrine that everyone should be concerned about if they are a member. King Follet Discourse (from the church’s app) talks about the Father once being man and us having the ability to become like god and having authority over our own worlds and that Plural marriage(polygamy) was a revelation from god while Joseph Smith was building the church. I was told that from missionaries. I don’t doubt that missionaries have best intentions at heart but if they truly understood what Jesus Christ stood for they would not be following this blasphemy. And neither will I.

Im non denominational, after all what matters is your faith in Christ and trusting your life in His hands. I am leaning towards Catholicism, but at the end of the day it doesn’t matter as long as you accept God and trust him.

Jesus died for our sins, was buried, then rose from the dead 3 days later so that we may have eternal life. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord & believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (Repentance & baptism are also important!) 🙏🏻🖤✝️

Catholicism seems to contradict the teachings. The Bible says smth but then they say it differently like it’s for example praying to Mary it says in the catholic doctrine CCC 2679 to basically pray to Mary while the Bible teaches to not pray or speak with the deceased which is what Mary is.

In a way, everyone is a child of God, and so basically Jesus and lucifer are brothers, spirit brothers. Also, Joseph did not twist words of God in any way, in fact he brought back the Church, he even had a vision of both Jesus and God telling him to do so. (i’m Mormon so this is my understanding)

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The level of misunderstanding and intentionally false information never ceases to amaze me. Do your own homework if you truly want to know what "Mormons" believe or who Joseph Smith really was. God works in mysterious ways!

Joseph Smith believed in mysticism and actively practiced it. He used sear stones to read the gold tablets he claimed to possess that all the sudden disappeared. Which is interesting. Because the faith is so strong and collected, such a piece you think would be saved.
