Dear Bob and Brad, Thank you so much for all these exercises ! A lot of the exercises are very much similar to what we would do at a Ballet Barre, or A pilates class, with less emphasis on turn out and more emphasis on posture, bone density and muscle co-ordination, strength and balance. i m 40, i hv a family history of osteoporosis n arthritis and i m beginning to feel slight pain esp in my left knee. Now I know i cannot quit ballet no matter what.
