Mewing is not entirely useless btw. There's no evidence it changes your bones but it makes breathing much easier for me. When I do it airways open up and I can breathe easily. Before I knew about it, I had narrow semi clogged airways and it bothered me. So try it still

Mewing isn't about defining the jawline, it's about reconstructing the placement of the entire jaw itself and increasing the facial forwars growth. And sure, it's not proven, but it is supported by Doctor Mike Mew who invented it, and if you watch his videos and try to understand what he means, it actually makes a lot of sense.

Fun thing you are right lower body fat, more defined body features, but mewing kinda works I would put in at least C-B tier, I have done half a year of mewing and lots of girls asked me what I did to my face it looks better and my jaw is bigger and more defined, I stopped mewing and I still have a good jawline but not as good as before
