It's all about where you get your food these days. Our vegetables are being sprayed with chemicals, our cattle are being fed crap. So if your truly getting organic and grass fed you should be ok. Not all meat is bad.

that's all it was in 2003 - food rage from difficult sobriety I thought at the time, from gluelike contipation, corisotl attacks, energetic depletion and adrenals, anxiety and social apgrphoiba, panic attacks, little did I know the huge dark shadow that loomed over me and my family and the suppresive denial and lies that swallowed up my identity then.
