Hi IOtime, 'congratulation' is only meaningful to the mind ... I think, the true self does not need to be congratulated ... it cannot feel completed in any way because it is already complete. Yes the mind finds pleasure in resting ... but typically quickly gets bored and it likes to cycle thru unrest to rest back to unrest etc... just the way it is. Based on personal observation. Only choice we have is to try to be mindful when it happens ... most often we just
realize that we got distracted

+robran53 I think there is nothing more than was said in the clip. That should be enough. So yeah I agree, anything else soundstrue might be selling could be superfluous. Being mindful can be stated in two words. Just congratulate yourself once you find that you were not mindful. That's all the mind can do. Rest is not the mind's concern.
