Honestly, for me it just depends on how into the guy I am 😂
But yes overall, diet is paramount.
So tops when us bottoms say “right now” you better jump on it. We’re working with a small window of time lol.

Fuji Apples are the ones we eat along with broccoli, cauliflower, squash, and you're right it does make bottoming easier and cleaner when you eat enough fiber.

Another source also comments on taking a single dose of psyllium fiber first thing in morning and last thing in the evening. Very much helped me out.
Advice on how to use the chia seeds effectively? Always seem to get blocked up right afterwards & takes a good day to undo the damage.

I’ve taken Metamucil fibre for years take it everyday to clear my system also diet like fruit and smoothies. If you’ve eaten fast food all week you definitely shouldn’t bottom lol

I agree with everything on your list except for the oatmeal. Not oatmeal for me only because oats are acid producing, which, for me leads to excessive burping and acid reflux. Just because a food is healthy, doesn’t mean it is good for everyone.

When you did this video and the subject was, how to be a better bottom! Dude, I thought you were messing around. Like, it was a joke. But then, when you started going on about what to eat and having avocados to clean yourself out, I was really freaking out! You really got this bottom thing out to a science! I didn’t know there were classes on this subject. You seem to really be knowledgeable about this. I never knew this was such a detailed subject. I always though, you take a shower and keep clean and don’t eat any heavy carbs on a date night. But, you really are taking this to a higher level. Good for you. Despite not being completely bottom (It's hard to explain this because I only like to be bottom when the man is very masculine, I've never had a problem with this but it's important to say), I like to follow certain rules. My two leading men have always congratulated me that we have never had problems on the spot because I have my secrets on how to solve those bad moments. Whenever they tell me that we are going to have sex, I prepare myself a day before and simply eat healthier things or sometimes a vegetable soup, fruit during the day and water, I have never had a problem with anyone. I’m a power bottom and eat all of those things though I don’t like avocado. The only problem is that I’m full of wind and fart a lot! So if your top doesn’t mind the farting it’s ok.
