I am not going to lie here. The video I am making takes hours, and sometimes I ask myself, "Is it all worth it and how in the world am I able to make some income?" Sometimes, when I watch these types of videos, I can't help but feel disheartened because they seem so easy, and I don't even know where to start. I didn't know being a content creator is this expensive; gears and games alone cost me a lot.

For now, my goal is to reach 1000 subscribers. I have merch since I first started YouTube, and I sold two after nine months. Also, I am part of the Amazon influencer program, but I hardly get any clicks. I think it's because I don't talk about the products I am using, so it's a lot harder.

I have a lot I need to figure out. Just blindly making YouTube video is not smart either. I appreciate your support for this video.

I just started creating stuff for Amazon KDP this past week.
My next video will be about a guided prayer journal I’m creating to help people. I’m still working on the journal though which is why I took a week off.
I’m only at 402 subs, but who knows maybe the journal will be my first big win?

Videos like this are kind of not really something I enjoy. It tells people this is easy and makes them all try and its really most always a let down for many and not everyone can succeed on YouTube due to continued saturation, copying, and other factors. It takes hard work and dedication and you must be unique so the very few are those who succeed. Not to mention advertisers don't have enough money to go around for everyone

To be fair a lot of the "success story" examples you show on this channel are for people who are in the same niche as you - which is marketing to other YouTubers on how to grow on YouTube - which, in a way, is sort of like playing YouTube on easy mode.
Can you start finding some examples of people in other niches to use your success examples with topics like this?

Theoretically you can do it with 1000 subs because that's minimum for you to get monetized (dont think its possible only with new ypp and 750 subs), because your revenue isn't tied to number of subscribers that you have but to number of watch hours your channel gets
