And doing research on Alfredo sauce I found that what you are doing is the original way that was done in Italy. Just butter and Parmesan and of course a little bit of the water. I’m glad I saw this and will use this as soon as I can because I can’t have Other Alfredo sauces Because of the cream or milk. Thank you!
