My mom makes a caramelized orange cake with my favorite cake ingredient: bananas. This is really easy to make. I don't have much more to say. My dad came by to give my mom a banana and then he took a nap.

I hope your mom does a video on Greek Roasted chicken with potatoes in the oven. Kotopoulo sto fourno. With a crispy skin and moist and juicy inside. I haven't seen her do a vid on that yet. Very popular Greek Sunday dinner. Love her.
