Nc two months a finally saw him from a distance we work together at times he easterly waved to me I gave a lazy wave back . He messaged me one of the times via email to ask my location at work . I responded ..he later messaged some disruptions had broken out at one of work locations . I didn't reply . I guess this was his way of checking on me ? He few days ago we had horrible storms in our area he knows I hate storms and get horrible anxiety during them he emailed a message "sleep well " 😮at 4 am! I was wide awake however I waited til 4pm to respond "I slept well thank you "

I'm not making myself readily available and responding right away . Still love him two months NC he didn't reach and still hasn't far as I'm concerned .

He living his best life and I'm still hurting and lost it's gotten lighter and will stay in nc

Can you please address how to deal when you KNOW without a shadow of a doubt that your ex is not coming back? Going no contact is still good but it’s providing some of us with a false hope that’s never going to come true. 😢
