Wow! I pay 252 a year fully comprehensive for an Astra VXR. 13 years no claims and 41 yrs old. Here in the UK. In the uk credit scores have nothing to do with it. Whats important here is whereabouts the area is where car will be parked, how many miles you do each year, do you use car to commute and the most important which is experience. Here insurance companys only use 9 years no claims bonus maximum, although i have 13 years officially that doesnt count. Last thing is very very important-=your age!. The older you get the better, now i can insure a Ferrari, could i in my 20s?

What kills me are those little driving monitor things that go in your OBD port. I used one of them one time drove almost 100% in the bounds of the law. Then I get told by the insurance company I'm hitting my brakes too much and that happened because I was going slow enough everybody was getting annoyed by me cutting me off and then slamming on the brakes. When I asked the insurance company if I was just supposed to rear in the car that cut me off they of course said no. So I lost some percentage of my supposed discount by not running into the people who were cutting me off, thanks every insurance company that uses those hunks of crap
