Hey mate, I work for a manufacturing company, we have daily generated reports for output and part of my job is to summaries it for the boss.

I've automated it a fair amount, but I know there is more that can be done. Do you know any excel courses, Fiverr experts or anyone you can recommend who can teach me using my specific data setts? I've asked work to finance it, they don't see the value, but I'm struggling to keep up as the workload increases so I'll even finance it myself if it can save me an hour a day.

If anyone knows what formula I can use to solve this issue I am having in Excel, I would appreciate it. I have a formula to compare todays date against another date. If today's date is equal or greater than the date in the other cell, then I want specific text to show in cell. If todays date is less, then another text would show instead. My problem is the formula will still show data for empty cells that don't have a date entered yet. I hope I explained this clearly. Thanks
