How to deal with Patriotism which is a fact?

A thing that is known or proved to be true is a fact. When you try to prove some thing, then there is a motive. My humble realisation is that a truth has to be a fact. One cannot prove the instinct without an evidence. Here my respected J.Krishnamurti insists that the truth is pathless. Then, how are we going to convince each other? Let me persuade my K that, in my observation the truth itself is the path yet the destiny is a choice and definable when the path to destiny is the state of ‘selflessness’ at law of cause and effect. In this state of selflessness being true is effortless, then the determined destiny becomes a reality. This could apply in any ambition including patriotic endeavor.
