I do not agree with the suggestion on the question with the conflict. In the end, there was no concrete answer on how exactly would you sort out the problem. I tell my employees to sort the problem out on their own, and if there is no progress I will act? But how? What exactly should I do? We need an example and here it is. I want a solution to this one. You have two employees who had an argument and one decides to leave because he does not want to be in a team with the other one. They both are important to you.
