Great information, I have learned some things to apply personally. I was hired as a case manager by using these great tactics. I have found it better to be a slightly better genuine self because there are so many employers wanting genuine people the most, but others don't care. Don't jump through the hoops to tell them only what they want to hear unless you're desperate, a college graduate just programed for these elitist doctorial corporations, not really worth working for. Add a few new tactics, but mostly be your best self.
