Is atheistism a religion no its just a disbelief in any gods

I personally love this one, IMO this is literally the last attempt argument, this is the statement that gives up, "atheism is a religion"...? well walking is just driving your feet really slow, not owning a gun is concealed-concealed carry, not eating vegetables is post-veganisim, we could do this all day, any negative is now just proof of my preferred positive, ta-da you cam now never argue against me

Calling atheism a religion is actually a religious supstitionist admitting religion is nonsense without actually saying it, IMO.

There seems to be a religious like devotion to atheism. It is the belief that nothing was created, and everything was created from nothing. It is the outright certainty that there is no creator. Instead of the more rational position of "how can we possibly know?" There are a lot of phenomena that would indicate that there must have been a creator of some sort. If you are familiar with DNA, our position in the universe, and our earth's unique properties, all of those things come together to suggest that our existence is mathematically impossible. So, being an atheist really takes a lot of blind faith and devotion.

Atheism in itself isn't a religion, just as theism in itself isn't a religion.
Both are just beliefspositions. The difference is that with theism, there are often additional beliefs, claims, rules and customs, making it a beliefsystem or a religion.

That said, while atheism in itself isn't a religion, it does not mean that atheists are not or cannot be religious.
Some aheists have made their atheism such an integrated part of their lives and identity, they could be called religious.
And beside this you have religions that do not have deities, making them atheistic religions by definition, like for instance Buddhism.

If there is no God there will be. Even Atheist wants a God. Given enough time we will we be able to create a universe and a God? Just a matter of time. You heard it here first. All from me but deep down you know it's possible.
