My advice would be find a routine that works for you because we all have different skin. I typically cleanse with a foaming cleanser because I have more oily skin. Then I follow it with a gel moisturizer which feels amazing its like putting on a layer of water. I do this morning and night but I also use an spf 35 sunscreen in the morning don’t want to look like a raisin when I’m older. I also use a face mask at the end of my week. I do agree touching your face transfers a big no. Make sure to drink enough water throughout the day. Exceeding and eating cleaner can help a lot as well.
