Looks good. I cut my bell peppers in half lengthwise and take out ribs and seeds. Then blanch for a few minutes in boiling water. Cooked rice mixed with raw ground meat, diced onion, seasoning and a little tomato sauce. Pour more sauce on top and bake till peppers are tender. Top with cheese if you want

My daughter doesn’t like peppers. So after filling peppers, I put the remainder of the filling in a ramekin and bake for her. Nothing wasted....

Yum. We always cooked ours in a tomato puree thinned with water and flavoured with garlic, salt and pepper. So delicious.

Interesting. I’ve never cooked my filling before stuffing the peppers but I almost always use the colored peppers because they’re so much sweeter than the green ones.

I make Pepper soup now, just throw everything into a crock pot dices up and let it go. Delicious

I just stuffed some corno di toro peppers with Italian sausage, onions, mushrooms, and finely diced bell peppers. I fried them and covered them in marinara and Parmesan and baked them off. My kids inhaled them.

I love these my momma used to make these when I was growing up. I do love them but I have not made them but one time . But after watching this ...I believe it's time that I make this for supper. Good Saturday morning Ms Paula!!!👋🏽 Stuffed peppers are wonderful. But I'm like you, I haven't made them in quite a while. I used to just slice the tops off and stuff the peppers upright. But I like how you sliced yours in half. Still works either way. Looks really yummy Ms Paula.❤️
