Here is a coffee meditation that you can do in under 5 minutes!
My morning routine always involves coffee and some me-time, usually including some mindfulness journaling or mediation, or both. But sometimes, I don't feel like journaling. I just want to sip on some coffee while practicing being mindful.
The problem is, sometimes when I do this, I zone out. So I wanted something that I can listen to that will help me practice being mindful, relax me, and keep me in the present moment WHILE I sip on my coffee.
Here’s a 3-minute quick mindfulness meditation to play when you want to take a coffee break that is TRULY relaxing - not the ones where you zone out or scroll on Instagram or stress out about things you need to do.
