I would love to see a winter pack. It’s so much easier to pack for warm conditions.

I’m only using a 36L backpack (usually counts as a personal item) for all trips now: one big packing cube for all outer clothes, one small packing cube for undies, socks, sports and swimming suits, and a shoe bag for 1-2 pairs of shoes. Plus a toiletry bag, an electrics bag, and a laptop bag. Raincoat in outer poach of the backpack, water bottle (and sometimes umbrella) in the side poaches. I’m packing lighter than my husband 🎉

Thank you for these tips! I've watched HUNDREDS of these videos, and as usual, your methods, like your products, are the only ones that make sense for me!
Please have this series wrapped up by October, because I'm leaving for a 25-day cruise in November! I need ALL of your wisdom! 😂❤

I went to London last year with lots of elegance for 7 days. I started “packing” well in advance. By the time I put it in my carryon I had made all of the substitutions and deletions I would typically have done the day before. It was my first flight since Sept 2019.
My suitcase as packed was perfect. I was always comfortable and well dressed.

Hello Fin, I have some Tripped products and other brands as well of packing cubes, about to order a full set from Tripped because they are stronger and weigh less. However there is one thing that would be really helpful, as a product and as a video. Please make those small, long tubes that can be purchased separately OR a set that is made to fit in carryon suitcases on the side of the suitcase with the retractable handles, to fit in those valleys of space. Just setting packing cubes on top wastes space and the Tripped cube/sleeve that I have fits very well, but there's only one, have to buy a complete set.

I'm buying a graphic set, but I would have preferred to get a set that is simply all different (solid? print?) colors, just so I can locate what I packed in each cube, rather than all of them matching. The graphic set will do this.

Thanks for the videos, and the products!

Genius! Part 1 of this series gave me the perfect tools to fit my whacky, panicky, compulsive packing style into useful guidelines! I've been struggling for years to not over pack! Just came back in May from 4 weeks in the UK and was able to only take two 21" spinners (one in the cabin, one checked) plus my personal item and felt so proud! And still had items I didn't wear or need. But your 3 Day Method just leveled me up :) Thanks for some awesome tools that will help wean me from mega over-packing! (And I fold and roll ;)

I have two of your sets… My favorite is The Nat’l Parks! I use compression cubes in my dresser, too. Keeps the seasons organized!

Have you created part 3? I love Part 1. I also am tired of taking a full day to pack, only to watch my husband pack in 20 minutes.

I’ve used packing cubes for decades, but have yet to try your compressed cubes. They seem very well thought out. A couple of things I’ve learned over the years. When you have bulky items like jackets, lay flat and zipped up on your bed, fold both sleeves over the chest, then fold the shoulders to the bottom of the jacket. If you need to make it smaller you can fold side seam to side seam. The more flat it is the better. I also place purse straps inside of the bag. I use disposable shower caps for shoes. I noticed you don’t take advantage of the all the spaces between the telescoping handles. I would put the little black purse there. I I also am a roll and fold girl. 😊

I love the tripped compression cubes & I have given them as gifts (6 to date) to my traveling friends & family. I like that it is lightweight, durable & versatile. Travel tips by Laurie introduced me to Tripped. I recommend them to all my friends. I use them for the purpose of having enough room for shopping while on vacation. Thank you!

I haven't heard of this method before but saw Genx Gypsy use it in one of her videos recently cited your video as inspiration, so I had to come check it out. I am curious to try it on my next trip. I have a work trip in a couple of weeks and then Christmas Markets in Germany in December so it sounds like the perfect time to try it out!

I purchased one of the tripped compression sets and a cheaper set of a different brand. Though I really loved the quality and color (National parks) of the tripped cubes, I did not like that they did not zip fully open, with the “top” that can flap back and all items are easily accessible. The cheaper version did this, so I kept that one and returned tripped. I would have happily kept the tripped set except for that one feature. Please consider adding this feature and I will be a forever loyal customer!

I use the sleeve for my hair brushes and straightener. The handle allows me to hang it on something in the bathroom. I always pack a raincoat and found I can fit it between the two halves after they are packed, then if I need it at my destination I need only to unzip a little and it pulls right out.
Great video, thank you!

First time traveling to Europe. I’m gonna try your message and see how it works!!! I am the queen of overpacking always have the biggest suitcase with the most in it and never used all. I hope you do a toiletry video as that’s another thing I tend to overpack.

Loved your 2 Packing videos and I'm looking forward to the next one on Packing your Personal Item. My 12 day Alaska Cruise now has a 1 week California cruise added on so I'm going to be packing for 2 completely different climates! (your Iceland packing video and your Greece video are super helpful!. I just need to combine the 2. I think footwear is going to be the biggest challenge.)

I already packed similarly with regular packing cube, but will be purchasing a set of your compression cubes! The only thing that is a MUST for me is to pack dirty shoes in bags (usually just reuse plastic shopping bags), and pack slippers if I don’t already have a pair of flipflops. I never wear shoes in my house (first gen Asian American here), so kinda grossed out by throwing uncovered shoes into my suitcase. Also, I pack a laundry bag (did I miss that in the video?). Love the tips and checking out your other videos! Thanks!
