Have tried this folding method. The sleeves end up all wrinkled. There’s a variation that says to include one sleeve onto the other, this has worked relatively well for me. It helps putting some socks or rolled up T-shirts inside the sleeves. But they’re gonna wrinkle, anyway. So, be sure to check out if your hotel has an iron/ironing board, or carry a travel iron or steamer with you. Or use a garment bag with enough space (don’t cram it with more than half-3/4 its capacity). Travel smart.

Don't button the jacket when it's hanging up. Let one side naturally hang over the other side.
