America needs to see the horror of this atrocity but family only if they choose and only when prepared and warn them if it will be discussed.

Nothing will be solved unless departments can get a lot and I mean a LOT more funding and officers are paid enough for the risk to actually care to put their lives on the line for a job.

We are a police family and my husband is one of the good ones but the system is so flawed it's ridiculous. The huge majority of cops don't care about their jobs, even high ranking officers sleep on the job, no one's allowed to say anything about the bad ones because of chain of command, "camaraderie" and low funding keeps anyone from being fired, they get burned out and angry all the time, they get PTSD. There is general low morale inside departments and a very toxic negative atmosphere similar to the military. Hiring preference is given to vets who already bring with them PTSD and accompanying drinking and anger issues, etc.

The only thing that can save this is more funding to increase their pay proportional to the risk, clean out the bad and lazy cops in all departments (and there are a LOT). Higher pay would attract a wider selection of candidates. If they can hire good ones with no military background and who genuinely want to serve the community, there's a chance. But this will probably never happen.

If this video doesn't prove that this was a staged event, then someone needs to sell you the Brooklyn bridge. The officer that decided to use the hand sanitizer knew there was no danger present and was just going to hang around and wait for the cameras to start rolling.

If you a cop and you were scared to do your job I don't think you should be a cop anymore if you're not willing to put your life on the line and save all these kids in this school you shouldn't be a cop I think they should have treated this situation like if their kids were attending this school that wasn't done and I think all these cops need to be replaced with cops that are better skilled and better trained and fearless because we see these cops are Pure Cowards at the highest level.😤😤😤😤😤
