Wonderfully fresh yellowtail gets a marinade in garlic, olive oil and key lime juice before hitting the grill. The grilled fillets then get topped with a rustic salsa of grilled tomatoes, cactus paddles, chiles and knob onions to make a seaside feast.

I swear bayless kisses that fish when he raises it to smell it. He really respects the ingredients I appreciate that. Some chefs plow through the recipe. He takes the time. And that grilled salsa. Yes. Char pretty
