A common mistake at this time of year is to overestimate how much you can constantly do. We think that willpower and motivation will last forever. This is simply not true.

Once you understand the framework of human behaviour, you can make a plan that will last not just in January but for the rest of the year and beyond! 🙌🏾

In this short clip, I also touch on the benefits of nature and how you can personalise how you access nature depending on your lifestyle and preference.

I started running again - it was like coming out of a running coma. I ran the 1991 and 92 nyc marathon. Running was a great love... I took a running workshop I was only one who could not run but I took it anyway and I learned to strengthen my toes my glutes my calfs.

I have severe degenerative disc disease so I started very small I also have severe trauma over 7 1/2 years now as everyone knows of me I'm running punched in my head at an MD office -- it's a horror story I've aged 100 years I had gained a huge amount of weight I was heading Towards obesity and pre-diabetes.

I now lost the weight gain from the violence at age 50 but lack of sleep and reliving the trauma because the doctor and his employee continue to lie and the New York Police Department continues to cover up their role in this which is criminal and civil rights violation -- some moving into eight years and I know I'm one of many victims around the world people that should have JUSTICE and how do you live with that?
