The best full body RESISTANCE BAND workout - led by Physical Therapist, all ages/levels!

This is a great 40 minute workout! It is a strengthening workout using a resistance band, working the upper body, lower body, and core. It is easy to follow with lots of options, so it's appropriate for all levels and ages. It is led by Jenny McClendon, MS, PT (licensed Physical Therapist), so all exercises are safe! You don't need a big space - just a band and a chair. I would recommend doing this 3 times a week. ENJOY!

If you don't have a band, you can use weights, but I would highly recommend using a light resistance band with handles. They are affordable and easy to order from Amazon. I have included a link to one I think you will like! Just click link below!

Hi Jenny, I’m a 63 year old man who has been trying to figure out how to stay fit, I wanted to try working out at home, but didn’t know where to start. My wife is a fan of yours, she works out every day, she told me about this work out and I tried it for the first time today. I’ve never used resistance bands and frankly I had my doubts, but wow was I wrong! I feel like I just had a tough work out at the gym! I just subscribed to your channel so keep up the good work! By the way, I’m working around old lower back injuries and shoulder injuries and the resistance bands don’t hurt the way weights do. Thanks again!

Hi Jenny... At 73, I’m still cautious about heading to the gym! I’ve done all of your excellent cardio workouts and stretching videos; but I’ve hesitated on this resistance band workout. HOWEVER, having gotten the “courage” to try, I have to say, this is really great. It’s hard... and I work for sure... but how effective! Thank you for these videos. I feel better during this crazy pandemic than ever before, routinely doing a workout almost daily.

Great work out Jenny. I do 3 of your workouts with 4 days of golf in between. I am 76 and can manage these, but feel the muscles. Great for arms and legs for golf. Thank you, thank you.

Today was the second time I did this video, (planning on doing it every other day). Wow! Talk about burn!!! 🔥 My right arm has lymphedema from cancer surgery. I call it my Popeye arm. Part of my armpit to the outer shoulder area has no feeling anymore. Well, that is until this workout! By the twelfth count my arms are jerking and burning, but your encouragement keeps me going. I sound like a broken record when I say your videos are superb! No matter what the challenge we may face, no matter what age or ability level you find a way to facilitate activity!
