I wouldn't mind a version of Skyrim that has you play as an average every-day person.

You could choose your own profession. Join a group of bandits, or make your own. Be a member of the Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, etc. Study the arcane arts at the College of Winterhold, and eventually become a professor yourself. Be a member of an Orsimer stronghold, fighting to protect your Chief, and one day become a Chieftain yourself. Sign up to be part of a town's guard, or become housecarl for a prestigious member of the Court of whichever city you dedicate your life to.

Think of the possibilities.

Skyrim I believe has truly shaped me, and I can’t let go of this masterpiece, sometimes I get depressed about how I love fantasy worlds better then real life, like I’d willingly be chased by giants and get recked by dragons if it means I can stay in skyrim forever.
