After 54 days of Intermittent Fasting combined with removing added sugars and refined carbs, I can finally fit into my favorite clothes again! I sound like a broken record, but nothing tastes as good as thin feels! Plus I have way more energy than I did when I ate bread and ice cream! I do eat fruit, but small amounts - this is natural sugar with vitamin C and fiber! No juicing of fruits or veggies as that spikes insulin too much which encourages the body to store fat.
