its actually autophagy. because if it were hydration, people who do dry fasting wouldn't have the same results with tight skin as people who water fast.

I did a 5 day fast.. I was attempting to do 30 days.. but as a Mom I made a meal I couldn't resist but even so > I lost 12 lbs..
Then I broke fast.. because I was feeling dizzy.. but 3 days in row only ate one meal.
I'm back on it with Day 2 fasting, and trying to drink as much water as I can.
Loose skin.. I literally feel my skin tighten up, not as much dandruff, and not much of a need to eat. I hope I can really strive to do a 30 day fast and even stretch it to 40...
But if I cave in to eating might just stick with R72

So if I’m working out, calorie deficiting and drinking the correct amount of water which would be 120oz for me should I not get loose skin

So the quality of water will come from fruits and vegetables being juiced or you can actually put it in a smoothie form I’ll put some ice in there which would be the water port portion of it and blend it up that way regarding a smoothie however for a juice you just juice the vegetables or fruits and then add it over ice and at that point will you let it sit in and it’ll it’ll melt in it and itself it’ll just melt because it your juice would be a little bit warm and put poured it over the ice will melt the ice it’s a liquid water so that in itself Will give you a higher quality water or higher nutritious water to hydrate the body so this also as he said helps you draw in that fat or shrink it basically but with the vitamins in well with the fruits and vegetables vitamins and minerals and amino acids and all that nutritional value in those vegetables added that have water content already but if you add ice or another element of water which is ice which will allow you to become hydrated.
