i really feel like all of the characters were hurt by all the time jumps. i know that if we didn't have them it would have been like two seasons before we even got to the end of the dance, but we missed out on the entirety of rhaenyra's relationship w harwin, w laena, daemon's relationship w his daughters is nonexistent (as well as their presence in the show overall). even one extra episode before each of the big jumps would have really helped i feel

House Velaryon is very underated, they are literally The Lannister at that time. The Richest house in Westeros, the strongest naval force in Westeros, at some time have 4 STRONGEST BATTLE PROVEN DRAGON, Meleys (Corlys Wife), Seasmoke (Corlys Son), Vhagar (Corlys Daughter), Caraxes (Corlys Son in Law). If Corlys evil like Tywin and decide to attack kings landing, king Viserys can do nothing, the only dragon Guarding kings landing is syrax and we all syrax is not war dragon.

Never understood why Rhaenyra never told Rhaenys about Laenor’s fate when confronted, if she could confirm her son was safe in some way Rhaenys would’ve warmed back up to her immediately.
