The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.

I started investing because I liked the extra money from stock dividends. The key, in my opinion, is to make enough money through both investing and dividends, so you can live off the dividends without selling anything. This way, you might pass on this financial advantage to your kids. I've put more than $600K into dividend stocks over the years, and I'm still buying more, planning to keep going until prices drop more.

I once read that if you invest and have other sources of income aside from dividends, you can live off dividends without selling. I have nearly $200, 000 to invest. How can I broaden my investment portfolio?

Every week I buy more of whatever is the lowest percentage of my portfolio and try to keep everything around 10%. Please what could be my safest buys with $400k to outperform the market in 2024?

Dividends from the stock market encouraged me to begin investing. What matters, in my opinion, is that if you invest and make additional money in addition to dividends, you will be able to live off of dividends without selling. It implies that you can provide that benefit for your children, giving them a head start in life. I've invested more than $600K in dividend stocks throughout the years; I'm currently buying more today and will continue to do so until the price falls even further.

I have been a dividend focused investor for a long time. This does not mean I don't own growth stocks, I do. A well rounded portfolio should be a mixture of both categories. One way to minimize the anxiety out of stock market investing, is to make sure you keep a large cash cushion. I invest in the market, but never put all my money in market.

With the way the market is moving, we'll mostly hold for longer than 2030 to realize profit gain, I think a video on "How to profit from the present market" will be more effective, I mean I've heard of people making upto 250K within few months and I'd like to know how.

I have a 3 fund portfolio consisting of 33% S&P, 33% Total stock, and 33% international. I feel a need to focus on complete growth so I went 100% stocks, but does the SP500 and TSM overlap too much to make sense holding both? However I’ve been in the red for a month now. I work hard for my money, so investing is making me a nervous sad wreck. I don’t know if I should sell everything, sit and just wait but watching my portfolio of $450k dwindle away is such an eye -sore.

My dividend journey began when I realized that two particular expenses in my budget were always going to go up and never go down. The two expenses were taxes and insurance. I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income.

Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?

The market trend can change direction very quickly. In fact, the indexes often switch from a bear market to a bull market when the news is at its worst and the mood of investors is at its lowest point. I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?

Well, I feel investors should be focusing on under-the-radar stocks, and considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises plummeting stocks that were once revered and I don't know where to go here out of devastation.

Bad year for me, META down 40k, ALLP down 35k, Draft Kings down 6k, NIO down 15K, ABML down 8k, and my wife doesn’t know. I'm just hanging on to Jim Cramer's words about opportunities in volatile times so perhaps, I either wait for a recovery or pick profitable investments to substitute for my loss.

A lot of folks have been going on about a July rally and said stocks that would be experiencing significant growth this summer season, any idea which stocks this may be? I just sold my home in the Boca Grande area and I’m looking to remunerate a lump sum into the stock market before stocks rebound, is this a good time to buy or no?

I’m compiling and picking stocks that I’d love to hold on to for a few years before retirement, do you think these stocks would do better over the years? I’d love to retire with at least $2million savings. Now you gotta rely on a pretty good diversification if you must stay green. Currently up 21% and being cautious. Still better deal than letting it sit in savings or checking earning near 0-1% interest.

These are very valuable info for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $109k now to put in the market.

My opinion for noob investor is you need to be both a dividend investor and a growth investor, basically how i made my first million also i use an FA James Fletcher Brennan. For example if I just got a 1000% gain on Tesla and then pulled 85% of the money out and went into a load of more stable dividend stocks like CVX So I would say diversify, but also use those growth opportunities to build the capital to invest in the dividend payers (or in cash flowing real estate)
