THESE 4 Monthly Dividend Stocks Pay You EVERY Week

You know we love dividend stocks here on the channel and have looked at several portfolios for dividend cash flow every week and even every day. Now I’ve found the simplest dividend portfolio ever, just four stocks to pay the bills with dividends.

Quick-Start Guides! FREE Step-by-Step Guides to Get Started Fast!

I’m highlighting my favorite monthly dividend stocks here in our list but I want to show you how to put this together so you can recreate it if you need to. It’s super easy, just search for any monthly dividend stock in Yahoo and go to the Historical Data tab.

Change the time period to five years and to show Dividends Only and click apply. That’s going to show you the ex-dividend dates for the stock for every dividend back five years. And you can see, Global Water Resources tends to go ex-dividend in the third week of the month, usually between the 14th and 16th.

From there it’s just a matter of writing down when each monthly dividend stock goes ex-dividend, which week of each month. Now remember, that ex-dividend date is different from the day you’ll actually get the dividend. The ex-dividend date is the first day the stock trades without the dividend. If you buy the stock on the ex-dividend date or later, you will NOT get the dividend until another one comes around the next month. You need to buy and hold these before that ex-dividend date.

The payment date, the day you actually see the dividend hit your account is usually a week or two after this ex-dividend date but by planning our dividend stocks like this, with this staggered approach where we have at least one monthly going ex-dividend each week, you’ll end up getting a dividend payment every week as well.

I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income

Not quite weekly payouts, but my monthly payers are PFLT, HRZN, MAIN, O, STAG, ACP, & RNP. Dividends pay my way now. I don't buy frivolously now, I buy stocks for income with any spare cash.

I group my monthly payers by pay date more then ex date. First group is PFF and JNK. They almost always pay on the same day, the 7th. Next is O, STAG, and MAIN which almost always pay on the same day, 14th or 15th. Which is just in time for me to buy a share of GAIN, GOOD, or GLAD before the ex date around the 17th which pays on the 31 each month. Dividend ladder ROTH ftw🤙 All bowtie nation picks!

1:59 MAIN pays it's regular monthly dividend on the 15th and it's special dividends (so far 2 this year) at the end of the month.

I used to love to shop. When I learned how to invest, It was a natural change to look at whatever I wanted to buy, then deciding between something I don't really need or stocks for a better future. The stocks almost always win. 💖

These are fantastic picks, I was really hoping for my investments this year, but all my plans have been disoriented, I've been studying the market crashes and I realized some investors made a fortune from the recent recession and I wondered if such success rate could be achieved in this present market. and the Federal Reserve taking a more hawkish approach to interest rates. Any recommendations?

In the 1st week you can add PIMCO: PTY, PDI, PCM. If you have Fidelity you can add FBND. Also PFLT pays it's dividends in the 1st week. I saw it in the 3rd week in the video. In the 3rd week I use FTCO, this will diversify your portfolio because its a mining company. Very cheap ETF that pays 6.5% dividend that pays monthly.

Thank you for all the information. What platform do you use to buy your dividend? I have etrade ATM, wondering if there are better options.

Thanks for still showing ARR in the graph as monthly dividend.
I know from past videos it's your least recommended ETF because it used to pay higher dividends but for first time buyers take it for what it's worth, that 8 cents is still a bigger payout than many cash investments. The Fed is projecting another rate hike.
Just this week I bought small shares of ARR and will try to buy more bi-monthly.

I started to invest in dividends last year. Go back, I bought my first stocks during the start of the pandemic. I saw that American Airlines was a bargain and Norwegian Cruise Lines. I believed both companies would rebound after things opened. I made over a 50% profit. Then I started trying to find more good buys. I would make money on one and then lose money on the next. I was yo-yoing.

Since I cannot watch the market all day, I wanted something easier to invest in. I found dividends.

I started with a very little then saw there was a potential to have my money make money here.

I am lucky to have a pension on my job, and retire in 2 years, I wanted to give myself another possible money string if needed. I would like to have my dividends paying a car payment in a few years.
