I made almost the same last week. I got my own pine nuts, wild garlic and rucula (the original version) in my garden. I mixed the Ramson and Rucula and substituted the cashews with my pine nuts (I just like them better when I'm preparing Pesto) ... we couldn't stop eating. And the best part is - I still got a few jars of it and some of my original Pesto in my fridge. Corona gives you enough time to preserve your own veggies and herbs.

Actually just yesterday did kinda the same. I made pesto from Rocket + Basil + salted pistachios. No cheese though. Love it!

Can you tell us what kind of blender that is? It looks modular? My partner is interested in finding one like it. Won't stop us from trying the pasta though!

That looks awesome Chef I made a large amount of basil pesto last week with basil from my garden put it into small plastic containers and put it in the freezer and now I have pesto for months.
