this video explains the struggle i've been going through for the last four or five years where i've found this psycho-analysis thing or that therapy and while i've been reminding myself over and over again in a triggering event that i'm just projecting from the past, I STILL feel the pain in my body. It reminds me that intellectualisation alone cannot truly bring about healing. Thanks for this video! :)

it's not the pain, i can push through pain. It's the post exertional malaise that knocks me on my keester. Can you point me to any videos that address the PEM? xo

I have had CFS to a very severe level along with other serious illnesses. Vitamin B1 Allithiamine and B complex is helping me I think.
