His voice is so calming. He seems like such a sweetheart and is more wise than most of the teachers at school we know. He would tear us to shreds in 5 seconds but these people are some of the most gentle and humble people you can ever meet and truly respect their students. Even if some fail to become a monk they still congradulate them for trying and even if they fail they still walk out more human than they went in.

All martial artists and people should strive towards better understanding their own body awareness. As someone who's worked out and been phsyically active for many years I was completely oblivious to certain things my body was doing, which lead to a great deal of unexpected pain. And that was with me already believing I was doing enough by examining my form and posture- I was wrong. We can always go deeper, peel back the layers, and learn more.

I noticed that I have an oblique imbalance that cause me to mess up on my kicks. Once I started focusing on improving the strength. It helped my technique massively.

Keep on digging down in this direction Jesse San especially around the Chi it took me over 45 years of karate to comprehend and then hit the wow moment and then develop what the monks have quietly always know .. the thing is once you do find it you can't explain it so you probably keep it for your self .. your close buddy
