What Will Happen if Russia Collapses

Russia may be on the brink of collapse and we’re pretty sure Putin is on the verge of a mental breakdown. If he’s not, he should be.

Having lost 192 tanks in the First Chechen War, 23 tanks in the Second Chechen War, and 3 tanks in the Russo-Georgian War, Russia has now lost an impressive 1,937 tanks in Ukraine thus far as of May 2023–and that is just how many have been visually confirmed.

We all know that when a war goes left this can exacerbate and expedite the deterioration of a society faster than just about anything else.

But Putin’s self-destructing strategic direction of Russia’s war in Ukraine could have the country on the fast-track to obscurity, oblivion, or far, far worse–outright dissolution.

If Putin’s regime is in fact on the brink of collapse -w hat might that look like?

Watch this video to find out.

I was 9 years old when the USSR collapsed in 1991. I had gotten a globe as a present a few years earlier, and my first thought on hearing the news was "Well, I guess my globe is out of date now!"

We can only hope the people will choose freedom over oppression.

I first heard the Russian system of weapons storage described in the interesting book "Inside the Soviet army" bythe Russian defector "Suvorov". The book's first printing was 1985, even so it would seem Russia changes its methods seldom if ever, since the results of their methods are on display for all the world to see now. According to Suvorov the Russians have a wonderful way to dispose of old weapons, they DON'T dispose of old weapons. Any weapon that still works, be it anything from a Tokarev pistol to a T-55, simply gets stored somewhere until its needed. Only when a weapon is impractical or expensive to keep in storage any more, like most aircraft and ships, does it get scrapped.

One element that has been ignored, is the brain drain. Russians are highly skilled programmers, and Europeans and Americans are well aware of this. Also, there is no hatred of Russians in America despite what the media keeps lying about. We like hard rock and hard liquor, and bad dancing, so we get along just fine.

Correction for the title: What Will Happen WHEN Russia Collapses. There's no IF here.

The comparison of war to a rising "butcher's bill" is both brilliant and chilling.

The world will only benefit if it falls apart. It also needs to be denuclearized

One question i'm curious on but wasn't mentioned in the video is to what extent will Russias neighbours and geopolitical rivals be involved in it all. If Russia ever does collapse, I cannot imagine NATO member states and China to simply sit back and watch it casually disintergrate and rebuild it self. There could easily be a "special operation" or seven involving the big three (USA, EU, China) to get involved inside Russia with the intentions of "stopping potential rogue forces with nuclear weapons" but in reality ends up being an enormous land grab attempt on all sides.

It isn't just a big country. It's a big prison.

The comment about whether or not a breakup would follow the existing borders is quite interesting. I think whether or not that happens will depend on whether or not there is any serious violence that comes with the breakup. And just to what extent the citizens of the major, more modern cities will flock to the colors in a war is also quite curious.

I don’t think those nuclear weapons actually work because of lack of maintenance.

Outside a few places, life in Russia is already a dire affair, but nobody protests. The ability of Russians to suffer led by criminals should not be underestimated.

That´s exactly correct Russia was only ever a superpower in its own imagination!

Looking only at Russias land mass is like saying Australia is too large to collapse. 95% of Australia is uninhabited. Similar to Ruzzia

I wonder what the Chinese will do when Russia is at its weakest point. They might be very interested to reclaim their historical lands, including Vladivostok. A knife in the Russia's back?
