Russia doesn’t have such cyber capabilities. If they did, they’d have shut down Ukraine’s electrical grid using a cyber attack and not missiles. They used their missiles precisely because it was the only option they had.

It'd kind of morbid, but I am curious on the topic. Just because we know the US has so much better weapons, and this is only the ones we know about. And they don't even parade the equipment around. Waking up the sleeping giant and experiencing their new and unknown weapons are never a good thing. We are talking about the sole country that uses jet engines for tanks.
