I only drink one cup of coffee (one serving of caffeine). Is that Not ok? I have quit so many bad things in the past 4 years and it's the one thing I really don't want to quit!

I’ve been cutting back on my coffee intake. 80% of the time I have one 12 OZ mug of coffee in the morning. I feel better with just the one as opposed to 2 cups. There was a time in my life when I had three cups/mugs in the morning. Rarely do I consume after 9:00 am. Maybe, it’s going to change to zero…?
