I definitely struggle a lot with mind reading and have to check myself and say "you know what, I actually have no clue what that person is thinking and it would be better if I asked them so I don't have to worry about it"

Wow. This is so helpful! I send the biggest thank you for this video I am definitely going to write everything down.. turns out I struggle with every single one of them.. also the one about thinking catastrophically and the anxiety we have when someone we love don’t reply when they’re supposed to.. In my case, I panic.. then the overthinking cycle starts and in a matter of seconds my day is ruined until they reply

Hey Micheline! The Mental Filter that I use the most is Catashrophizing! I just start thinking about the worst case scenarios and then that said thing that I’m thinking about turns out fine and I don’t know why I was thinking about it like a worst case scenario!
