It’s sugar not fat that is killing use, the liver coverts excess sugar in to fat !

Need a vid on how chronic stress cortisol lack of quality sleep/stage 3 causes T2. Its like direct current instead of alternating current.

I do have a question. I'm sure you've heard this a million times, but humor me, please. My bloodwork never indicated I was insulin resistant. My A1C was alway 5.4 and triglycerides were in the low 90s. Cholesterol total under 200 and HDL at 80. I took care of myself. Non-smoker, non-drinker and exercised since teens. I have dominant RCA disease - 90% blocked at 55. My dad had the same. 5 bypasses in his RCA at 62. I did eat carbs. I no longer eat carbs. My question is this. There was a strong family history of early deaths from heart disease. My dad grew up in the 1920's. There was not a whole lot of frosted flakes around back in the day, nor my grandfather who was born in the 1800's who also had a heart attack. I have no issues with these theories. I agree with them, but tell me, can straight genetics be a bigger factor in some people?

3 months in in carnivore my triglycerides dropped, 10 months in they are up to 170. Why

So basically exercise! All fats have triglycerides so make sure you exercise the excess.

Hang on so higher triglycerides are a good thing as it shows far is being removed from the liver?

I got these results back and my doctor told me he was a little concerned and told me to eat a low fat diet and nothing else no explanation to the results no nothing!
I use to eat what I wanted until I got h pylori and I’ve not got ibs, so I’ve been on carnivore for abit then I went on holiday to France and hate what I wanted then got these results after that. I have seen been high fat meats but also animal based with berries and yoghurt. Any advice on my results would be good doc? Pathology Investigations

These so-called youtube experts are never on the same page! never in agreement on everything!.. I wouldn't take everything they say as being a perfect measurement or recipe for your success.. Your physiology react, slows down, speeds up, burns energy at a different rate from other people. Its not a one size fits all.
If your dieting all you can is the best you can and be patient and don't give up..
Especially those that suffer from a disability like I do as that puts limits on your abilities but can make your more determined..
Whomever you are I hope can achieve your goals.. Dont give up!!!. Stay the coarse!!!

And all this happened because of hypo hyperthyroidism

I limit my carbs to no more than 20 gm per day, and still my triglycerides are through the roof. T2D. At my wits end.

🎈 sugar is the enemy, fat is not

🎈 say that to yourself until you believe it

🎈 then start eating less often, not less food but less often

🎈 then think about eliminating obvious carbs, even carbs that come in the form of vegetables

🎈 then consult with your doctor and feel in control of your own health

You want TG to HDL ratio to be less than 1.5
Where TG is Triglycerides
HDL High Density Lipoprotein
What’s your number?
