I've had heart failure and you've described it perfectly. The closing comments that it is not a death sentence is true, it's not. From my experience alot of prayer and cardio rehab have helped the most with prescribed meds. Don't give up !!!😊

I was born with a heart murmur given to me by my mother who died of a heart attack
I check with a cardiologist have a bunch of test
The result was you are fine don’t worry about it
But lately I constantly have shortness of breath
What is that ?

The numbers you gave were with all dividends reinvested. My huge concern & question is what would happen when you're in retirement & no longer reinvest dividends because you need the income to live on? I have JEPI & JEPQ. Would you slowly lose money over time in retirement because of NAV erosion? I keep thinking that you would still always own the shares & underling assets due to not having to sell shares. Seems better than the "4% rule". Am I missing something?
