Please help, i had sympthome, sudenly my heart pump 4 or 5 times really hard, and i have feeling im about to die, or pass out, then it stops, happend to me before going fo sleep 4 or 5 times, then happend to me while i was at computer, i though it was something before falling a sleep, but after happening while i was fully awake, now i am afraid, so 4 5 pumps really strong, and i get like mega awake and alert, like im about to die or someth, pls if you know this symthoms answear pls
