21:35 I believe option D is also incorrect because the shell, subshell and the orbital we are discussing about is 4f with ml of 2 and Ms of -1/2; due to this, the electron of ml 2 should have positive 1/2 spin, if you were to draw the orbital configuration you'll see it's true but the option contains negative 1/2 spin.
