"The idea is deliberately show up for the wrong the wrong meeting Um so most common is I mean there's no penalty to just showing up and sitting on a meeting and procurement If you work in sales um most of the time we don't do that but if you do go sit on sit in on a meeting in another part of the business and you try to decode what is going on it can really broaden your picture about how does this company work Uh how can this company work uh work holistically Um especially people in non-customer facing functions going to sit in on a meeting in a customer facing function can be can be very educational So it's a it's a strategy of achieving agency in your own activities deliberately seeking out uh enrichment and departure from your norms and customs that reinforce your your existing models"
