Thanks a lot for your tutorial after comment. It was very helpful. One flow I tried to create would copy a template Excel file (with 1 table), rename the file, and then try to update the table. I could not find a way to update the table on the new copy of the file, so I ended up updating the original file before copying but then I had to perform a second update to the original to blank all the cells.

when power automate update each ID at trigger like that, does it Refresh All and Save the file online automatically as well without user have to touch anything?
