Reading is one of the main ways I use my iPad mini. I’ve considered purchasing a kindle/ e-reader but do I really need to spend the extra money? After some debate on my other social media pages I feel confident in using my iPad mini for reading.
I’m going to share some tips and Tricks that will enhance the reading experience on the mini and make it enjoyable.
The iPad doesn’t have an E-Ink screen but with some adjustments you can get similar results. Plus using the iPad mini and Apple Pencil will give you a similar experience to the kindle scribble.

I completely agree. For my old and sensitive eyes, iPad Pro is also the easiest. Less eye strains than Kindles. I believe the newer kindles are better, but old kindles were like reading softly printed fonts on gray paper. My eyes had to try harder to read.

Hell yeah i have ipad mini 6 mainly for reading all my book in ePUB format this ipad is insane but i use iBook i really enjoy the app and the ipad reading is smooth, with ePUB format you can customize everything📖📚

iPad mini such a great e-reader/media consumption device IF you're not spending a majority of your day working at a computer screen. I work remotely from 9-6 and after spending all day on the computer I need something that won't continue drying my eyes out, which is why I still use an e-ink Kindle with brightness set to the lowest it possibly can be while still being able to read. I hope someday to see an e-ink device that supports just as many e-reading/audiobook apps as the iPad does while having a decent size screen for reading on the go. I will keep dreaming 🥲

I have an Ipad and have debating getting the mini - my ipad is just SO big I can't hold it comfortably and read - but I need the functions that the Ipad provides... you may have sold me on exchanging mine for a Mini.

Only problem, Harris on the eyes, I read hearts on my iPad by can't do it any more. No matter the adjustments the light goes from the screen to your eyes.
