I think a lot of people needed to hear that section "Do you need the iPad mini?". The way Apple markets their stuff, they make people think that it will make them way more productive and creative if they get that brand new iPhone or Macbook. I'm thinking of gettings this with the Pencil because Lumafusion is just way too slow on my iPhone 7 and I don't really feel like dropping 430 dollars for the iPhone SE because I'm saving up for college.

Best productive use case for the iPad mini:

Replace your iPhone with the Apple Watch Ultra and use the iPad mini for everything you use your phone for. It's form factor is not as addictive as a phone, so it makes you use it more rarely than a phone but at the same time makes you only get it out your bag when you really plan to do something interesting, to make that pull from your bag useful

I use the iPad Mini 6 as an to do some of my smaller illustrations in Procreate. (Also use the iPad Pro). It’s also a fantastic companion with the iPhone mini.✌️

I always wanted an iPad mini with the iPad Pro design ever since the squared 11/12.9 came out. I’ve been rocking the 2018 11” for 2 years. Once I got my mini 6 I loved the size and form factor. I ended up returning it because of software and I prefer Face ID. I will say I have been looking at the mini again because of its portability. It’s unmatched. If rumors are true and  release a promotion iPad mini 6, I’m on it.

Do you use your iPad Pro less now? Considering swapping my iPad Pro 11 inch for a mini since I get most of my actual work done on a laptop despite saying I’d work on an iPad.

The mini 6 is so good I would gladly pay, the price of the M1 11" pro, for a pro mini version (ProMotion, pro cameras, 128GB starting storage, 6-8GB ram etc.)

Man, just wanna ask, do you take short notes, like schedule planning and some pointers related to work or full length lecture notes?
Actually I want an iPad to replace those heavy notebooks and books for college and also being portable at the same time, as I'll be studying in medical college so, you have to make rounds through classes, wards and labs.
So, just wanna be sure, is it comfortable to take long notes on iPad Mini 6 or is it only for book reading and small notes??

Thanks for the video! I love the ipad Mini! Use it for reading in bed in the evening (love how light it is), for watching Netflix, Apple+ oder Disney+ in the train when I am out to my way to work and the kids use it for school and to play apps. At the moment we have the iPad mini 2 and love it. We will get the 6th gen soon, maybe for christmas :)

Nice video. I absolutely love the iPad Mini. I don’t have the new one but my first mini was the iPad Mini 5. It’s the device I didn’t know would be so damn helpful. I also use it similarly to you. One thing I do differently on my iPad mini is I edit gameplay footage from my xbox one on my iPad Pro. The footage is 4k 60, sometimes HDR and once I’m ready to render and upload I airdrop it to my mini and use LumaFusion to render and upload. It works out perfectly becuase it becomes a “set it and forget” type of situation. I don’t have to worry about my screen or hdd going to sleep or interrupting my export and upload like I do on MacOS. Just gotta make sure its plugged it and it handles perfectly.

What iPad should I get for use as a "laptop", I seem to like the portability, you can also recommend me tablets not just from apple that are nice, and efficient. Im looking for something on daily use that I can rely throughout college. I don't know what to get. I see the iPad mini 6 is a nice device. I really dont know! The surface pro 9 is literally perfect but im only holding back from it cuz its pricing.
