We use iPad minis for our flight a academy. It's a perfect fit for the smaller go bags. Plus Foreflight and flight schedule pro on iPads is great.

I take my ipad mini to work with me every day. During my lunch i read comics and some journaling. If i have time i draw too. I have an m4 ipad pro but i use my mini every day

Here using my iPad mini 5… aiming for the 6 or 7 but the 5 is awesome. The only downside is the pencil connection. My iPad mini is always with me at the lab, at the field while teaching, reading writing…is perfect. I don’t use a larger one I don’t see the point.
